Tech companies are known for rolling out the stops to attract the best and the brightest. Which companies are doing it best? We dug through Glassdoor’s employee reviews and compared company ratings, CEO approval, likelihood of recommendation, and what the employees were saying themselves, to get a sense of how CRM companies were viewed by their employees as of May 2017.
We’ve assembled a list of 15 CRM companies ranked by their Glassdoor rating. In the case of a tie, we favored the company with a higher CEO rating. If companies were still tied, we gave the edge to the company with the higher number of employee reviews — it’s more difficult to sustain a high rating with a large number of reviews.
